The short version
Big Cave Studios is a discovery and vetting platform — not a middle-man on your deals. We help brands and content creators find each other, verify legitimacy, and start a conversation. We take zero commission on any deal you close. Once you agree to work together, everything — briefs, timelines, revisions and payment — happens directly between you, exactly the way you already prefer to work (email, WhatsApp, an existing contract, whatever fits).
1.What Big Cave Studios does
Big Cave Studios (“BCS”, “we”, “our”) operates a marketplace where verified content creators (influencers, UGC creators, podcasters, hosts, etc.) present their profiles and rates, and brands or companies (collectively, “clients”) can discover them, browse portfolios, and send collaboration briefs.
Our primary purpose is to legitimize creator profiles and to give clients a filter against spam and false promises when they source collaboration partners. Verification, moderation and the marketplace UI are the products we offer.
2.What Big Cave Studios does NOT do
BCS is not a party to any agreement or deal you close through the platform. Specifically, BCS does not:
- Take any percentage, commission or success fee on your closed deals.
- Hold, escrow or process payments between creators and clients.
- Draft, sign or enforce contracts on your behalf.
- Guarantee delivery, quality, timelines or outcomes of any collaboration.
- Guarantee that a creator's follower counts, engagement or audience data will perform in any particular way.
3.Accounts & verification
Anyone can create an account. Creator accounts are additionally reviewed by our team — typically within 24 hours — and may be asked to provide identification documents (ID/passport, and optionally a trade license). Documents are stored securely and used only for verification.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you post — including audience size, rates, niche and portfolio. Misrepresenting your reach or work is grounds for removal.
Optional paid tiers (Basic, Premium, Platinum) let creators buy featured placement in the marketplace. Those subscription fees go to BCS for the visibility feature; they are entirely separate from any commercial deal you close with a client.
4.How deals actually happen
When a client hires a creator, we do the following and nothing more:
- Deliver the client's brief to the creator (email + in-app notification).
- Optionally open an in-platform chat so the two parties can start talking.
From there, you and your counterparty own the deal. Continue the conversation on the channel that suits you best — email, WhatsApp, phone, an existing project-management tool, or in the BCS chat. Sign whatever contract you normally sign. Send invoices and receive payment on whatever rails you normally use (bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, Stripe, Revolut, cash — your call).
You do not need to route payment through BCS. We do not want to be, and are not, in the money-flow between you and your client.
5.Content & intellectual property
Creators keep ownership of everything they post to their BCS profile (portfolio, bio, photos). By posting it you give BCS a limited licence to display it on the platform and in previews shared to social channels. Rights to the actual deliverables produced for a client are governed by the agreement between you and that client — not by BCS.
6.Reviews
Only signed-in clients who have engaged a creator through the platform can leave reviews. Ratings must reflect an honest working experience. BCS may remove reviews that are clearly fake, defamatory or unrelated to the actual work.
7.Prohibited behavior
- Creating fake or duplicate accounts.
- Buying followers, faking engagement, or misrepresenting your audience.
- Sending spam, harassment, or abusive briefs / messages.
- Attempting to defraud a client or a creator (non-payment, non-delivery, chargeback abuse).
- Using the platform to solicit illegal or harmful content.
Accounts that break these rules can be suspended or permanently removed without notice.
8.Disputes between creators & clients
Because BCS is not a party to your deal, we cannot arbitrate money or delivery disputes. That said, if a user is repeatedly reported for fraud or misconduct we will investigate and, where warranted, remove them from the marketplace.
9.Limitation of liability
BCS provides the platform “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising out of a deal you strike with a counterparty on the platform, including unpaid invoices, missed deadlines, poor deliverables or brand outcomes. You use BCS at your own risk and are responsible for exercising the same diligence you would with any other business relationship.
Big Cave Studios is not liable for any misuse of the website by any user, guest, or third party. This includes, without limitation: impersonation, fraud, harassment, scraping, unauthorized commercial use, sharing of misleading information, off-platform payment disputes, breach of a contract you entered with another user, or any content posted or exchanged through the platform. Any such misuse is the sole responsibility of the person committing it. BCS reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any account involved in misuse, and to cooperate with law enforcement where required.
10.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in- app or by email. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
